摘  要:如何获取下属的信任和忠诚是任何企业领导都非常关注的问题,国内外已有的研究普遍发现领导风格对下属的忠诚具有很大的影响力,但是目前国内时领导风格与员工组织忠诚间的作用机制研究甚少。文章通过路径分析统计方法研究某机场集团公司领导风格、工作压力与组织忠诚变量之间的关系,结果发现:领导风格对工作压力具有显著的负向影响,工作压力对组织忠诚具有显著的负向影响。领导风格对组织忠诚的影响则包括两个部分:一方面领导风格对组织忠诚具有直接的正向影响;另一方面领导风格部分通过工作压力对组织忠诚产生间接的负向影响,并且间接影响小于直接影响。Any enterprise leader is very concerned about how to get subordinates" trust and loyahy. The existing domestic and international researches have the common findings that the leader's leadership style has a great influence on subordinates" loyalty, but at present domestic study on the mechanism between leadership style and employee's loyalty is lacking. Through studying the relationship among the leadership style, work pressure and organization loyalty variables of an airport group corporation by path analysis, this paper finds that leadership style has apparent negative influence on work pressure and work pressure has clear negative effect on organization loyalty. The influence of leadership style on organization loyalty consists of two parts: on the one hand, leadership style has direct positive influence; on the other hand, the leadership style produces partly indirect negative effect through work pressure, and the indirect impact is less than the direct impact.
