摘　　要：近年来,在世界范围内,随着医疗服务提供体系的变化和市场机制的引入,医师的技术水平和传统的职业精神受到了前所未有的冲击和挑战。为应对新时期医疗卫生体制改革的形势,必须重视广大医师的职业精神和职业意识教育。对于医学教育而言,加强医师职业精神培养已成为现代医学发展的迫切要求。本文通过对医师职业精神提出的背景及内涵进行了阐述,提出了重塑医师职业精神的重要性及必要性,进一步探讨了加强医师职业精神建设的有效模式,旨在不断提高医学教育效果,培养医师的职业素养和人文精神,从而促进医患关系的真正和谐发展。With the development of medical service delivery system and the introduction of market mechanism, medical skills and traditional professionalism have been impacted and challenged greatly. The education of medical professionalism and consciousness should be taken seriously for the reform of medical health system in the new period. Modern medicine for medical education has pressed the professionalism trainings. The importance and necessity of remodeling medical professionalism and the effective mode of its construction are put forward through the elaboration of its background and significance. The objects of efforts are to reach a better effect of medical education, a medical professionalism and human spirit improvement and the harmony development of physician-patient relationship.
