摘　　要：临床技能竞赛反映了临床教学中存在的一些问题,增强了各方对临床技能培训的重视度,培养了一支优秀的临床教师队伍,提高了医学生的综合素质,优化了临床教学质量,并将不断推动医学教学的改革和创新。Clinical skills competition reflected some problems in clinical teaching. It promoted universi ties and hospitals pay more attention to skills training, cultivated excellent teachers, improved the comprehensive quality of medical students and optimized the teaching quality. It will constantly promote the reform and innovation of medical teaching.
