摘　　要：通过调研了解大连市航海类人才培养的现状,对大连市建设东北亚重要国际航运中心对航海类高技能人才的需求进行了系统分析,从而为相关部门以国际视野统筹规划航海类人才培养的布局和发展目标提供决策参考,为大连高职航海技术专业、轮机工程技术专业明确人才培养目标、加强专业建设提供依据。Through surveying and understanding the present condition of voyage talents＇ cultivation in Dalian,this paper makes systematically analysis on voyage high-skilled talents＇ demand for Dalian constructing international shipping center in northeastern Asia,and provides strategy and reference for related departments on the layout and developing objective of voyage talents＇ training for national view overall planning.It defines talents＇ training goal for voyage technology major and marine engine technology major in Dalian Vocational and Technical College,and provides basis for strengthening professional construction
