摘　　要：教育管理是为实现教育目标服务的。高校的教育管理工作不仅在教育教学过程中发挥着重要作用,还对学生的个性发展及社会发展有着举足轻重的影响。在新的时期,高校教育管理对象大多是90后、独生子女等,管理工作面临着新的挑战和机遇。未来高校教育管理应当采取积极措施,如创新教育管理模式,注重以人为本理念的应用,促进教育管理的人性化等,真正实现教育管理的与时俱进。Education management works for achieving the objectives of education. The educational management of colleges not only plays an important role in the process of education and teaching, but also has significant influence to realize the development of students＇ personality and social development. In the new period, confronting the objects of teaching management, such as post -90 students and only children, it is faced with new opportunities and challenges. In the future, universities should take effective measures, such as innovating education pattern, appying people - oriented concept, promoting humanistic education management and adopting diversified management methods to achieve progress with times of education management.
