萧山区基层馆员“不平衡感”心理特征研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查和焦点访谈方法,对萧山区公共图书馆服务连锁体系中基层馆员的主观幸福感、工作满意度和组织承诺进行调查。统计发现,基层馆员认为其劳动付出和收入回报之间极度不平衡,适度的薪酬是降低这种不平衡感的最有效手段。This paper focuses on mentation of the community librarians, who belong to the system of public library service of district Xiaoshan. Questionnaire and focus group interviews are applied here to discover librarians＇ subjective wellbeing, work satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results show that community librarians have a strong sense of imbalance of labor and payments. Proper payments is the significant way to lower the subjective imbalance.
