关于“文献族”导读的思考

摘　　要：文献族导读是指图书馆员依据用户所要达到的目的指导其将不同知识层面、不同载体或媒体的相关文献进行某种组合进行阅读的活动。知识结构层次及其传播方式的不同组合决定了文献族结构的多样性。因此,文献族导读对图书馆员的素质提出了更高的要求:具备跨学科甚或跨文化的视野与胸襟、担当社会责任的意识以及更加全面的专业技能。由此,才能够达到文献族导读的最佳境界——知识结构、文献族结构与用户结构的完美匹配。Reading guide of literature association refers to librarian＇s work of guiding users on combining relative literatures from different academic areas, carriers or media, according to users＇ requirement. The variety of structures of literature association is due to different academic area and various ways of communication of literature. Librarians, therefore, are required to be more qualified to offer this guidance. They must be equipped with wider view to enable them to understand interdisciplinary and cross-culture subjects, and they are ought to be more responsible and qualified with more comprehensive academic skills. Based on this, reading guide of literature association can be raised to its ideal state, in which users can always match their knowledge structure with structure of literature association generated from various academic areas perfectly.
