罗伯特·金凯的魅力何在?——从《廊桥遗梦》可靠性成分看男主人公的刻画方式  

Where Do Robert Kincaid’s Charms Lie?——A Stylistic Analysis of Capacity Elements in The Bridges of Madison County

摘　　要：本文以《廊桥遗梦》)男主人公为判断对象,分析其中的"可靠性"成分对刻画人物魅力的方式。行文拟从三个方面展开:1)金凯针对自身的可靠性评价;2)叙述者针对金凯的可靠性评价;3)女主人公弗朗西丝卡针对金凯的可靠性评价。分析过程将以金凯与弗朗西丝卡的情爱发展这一基本主旨为立足点,对象是整个文本过程出现的前景化"可靠性"成分,以便说明它们对描绘金凯的男性魅力的作用,特别是由此再现的男主人公的性格角色以及对情爱发展的影响。This paper aims at a stylistic analysis of the tenacity dements that depicts Kineaid, the male protagonist in the nar- rative text The Bridges of Madison County. It accounts from three aspects for the issue of the stylistic natures： （i） those of the tenacity elements the male protagonist makes on himself; （ii） those of the tenacity elements Francisca the female leading char- acter makes on Kincaid; and （iii） those from other, minor characters on him. The discussion proceeds around the main theme of the love story in terms of the foregrounding theory so as to expose the charms Kinkaid has, in particular their influence upon the development of their love affair, which turns out to be very much tight in association.
