布朗执政时期英国继续教育政策文本分析

摘　　要：英国是继续教育强国,其继续教育取得的成绩与政府制定的相关政策密不可分。我国继续教育体系与英国具有相似性,分析布朗政府继续教育政策的出台背景、政策目标、主要内容及实施情况,总结其特色,可为我国继续教育改革与发展提供借鉴。Britain＇s further education is strong in the world. The achievement of further education is inseparable with the government＇s policies. The further education system between Britain and China is very similar. The author makes an analysis of the further education policy texts of Brown＇s government, such as the backdrop, policy objectives, main content, policy implementation and characteristics with the hope of providing some enlightenment for the development of China＇s further education.
