摘　　要：信息化已经成为现代医院管理不可缺少的手段,信息化建设遵循整体规划,分步实施的原则。但随着医院对信息系统的需求日益提高,甚至要完成跨越式发展的目标,信息化实施的步伐也越来越快。结合宁夏人民医院实施信息化的情况,讨论整体快速推进信息化过程中,医院遇到的问题和解决方法。Information technology has become an indispensable means of modern hospital management. Hospital information systems are applied according to the principles of overall planning and step-by-step implementation, but to meet the increasing demand for hospital management, even for a leaping development, the pace of informatization implementing increased even faster. Combined with the practice of informatization construction of Ningxia People＇s Hospital, we discussed how to resolve the problems that hospitals encountered in the fast process of informatization.
