高校省级重点实验室管理方法与运行机制的新探究

摘　　要：高校重点实验室是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是培养优秀人才、科学研究和社会服务功能的重要基地。笔者总结归纳了目前重点实验室管理运行上存在的问题,同时结合自身日常管理经验,就高校省级重点实验室管理方法与运行机制两方面进行探究。Key Laboratory of colleges and universities is the important constituent of national and local science and technology innovation system, and it provides an important base to achieve university personnel training, scientific research and social service function. The author summary the existing problems on the current management of key laboratory combined with our own daily management experience, and explore the management methods and operational mechanism of provincial key laboratory.
