摘　　要：信息管理是一门应用性和交叉性很强的学科。加强信息管理类专业人才实践能力的培养,是适应不断变化的市场需求,提升应用型综合人才素质的迫切问题。在高校信息管理类专业人才的培养中,一方面要注重综合实践教学体系的建立,将校内专业技能训练与校外企业实践有效结合,提升学生的综合能力;另一方面在设计教学方案时要注重教学方法与教学目标及内容的匹配,提倡不同程度地采用情境式教学方式,提高学生运用所学知识分析和解决实际问题的能力。Information management is an application and cross disciplines.Strengthen information management class professionals practical ability to adapt to changing market needs,enhance the application of Comprehensive Quality pressing issues.Culture of college information management professionals,on the one hand,to focus on the establishment of comprehensive practical teaching system,effectively combine the the school professional skills training and outside corporate practice,and enhance students＇ comprehensive ability to focus on;On the other hand in the design of teaching programs teaching methods and teaching objectives and content matching,scenario-based teaching methods advocated to varying degrees,to improve the ability of students to use the knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems.
