摘　　要：医学生科技创新活动开展的重要因素为：医学课程教学、教师的积极参与、选题的选取、平台建设、团队建设、激励制度。三峡大学医学院在此基础上逐步探索医学生科技创新的发展模式，在现有模式的基础上，提出以下思考：工作模式和机制建设创新、加强群众性、凸显首创精神和长效机制等。Important factors for the technological innovation activities of medical students are： medical course teaching, tea- chers＇ active participation, selection of topics, platform building, team building and incentive system. On this basis, Medical College of Three Gorges University gradually explores the mode of development of scientific and technological innovation among medical students. On the basis of the existing models, we ha~,e the following thinking： we should put the emphasis on the working mode and mechanism innovation, strengthen the power of most of students, highlights the pioneering spirit and build a long-term mechanism.
