摘　　要：专题式教学是实现《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程由教材体系向教学体系转换的有效途径。其思路是将"基础"课理论教学内容进行专题化、模块化分析整合,坚持"以学生为本"的教育理念,突出教学内容的针对性和深入性,提高"基础"课教学的实效性和感染力。Project-based teaching is an effective way to realize the change from teaching materials to teaching system for the course of Project Based Learning in the Course of＂Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis＂. It is the idea that the content of this course is divided into project-based sections to improve the effect and efficiency of this course with ＂students-centered＂ idea and practicable teaching content.
