摘　　要：文化产业的快速发展趋势对我国印刷包装类专业高职教育的人才素质及培养模式提出了新的要求。印刷包装类高职院校要从办学定位、专业设置、课程改革、实践教学、师资队伍建设等方面进行厂堂一体人才培养模式的探索与改革,加快培养具有行业竞争力的高端技能型应用人才。With the rapid development of the cultural industry, some new requirements are put forward for the quality of talents and talent training mode of China higher professional printing and packaging vocational education. Higher vocational colleges for priming ＆ packaging are supposed to explore and reform the talent training mode combining factory and class together from their orientation, and specialty setting, course reform, the practice teaching, the construction of teaching staff and so forth in order to speed up the training; for the competitive high -end technical talents.
