摘  要:通过盆栽试验研究了3个土壤Cd浓度(A:0.593 mg/kg,B:1.091 mg/kg;C:1.824 mg/kg)下30个蕹菜品种(其中白梗品种18个,青梗品种12个)茎叶Cd与蛋白质含量的品种间差异,并对茎叶Cd含量与蛋白质含量进行相关性分析。试验结果表明,供试蕹菜品种间茎叶Cd含量及蛋白质含量均存在极显著差异。供试品种茎叶蛋白质含量随土壤Cd浓度的升高先上升后趋于平稳,白梗与青梗品种之间蛋白质含量差异不显著;白梗品种茎叶Cd含量与蛋白质含量极显著负相关,而青梗品种有一定程度正相关性,但未达到显著水平。In this paper,we carried out the pot experiment of 30 water spinach cultivars(18 white and 12 green stem cultivars) to study the effects of three soil Cd levels(A: 0.593 mg/kg,B: 1.091 mg/kg,C: 1.824 mg/kg) on Cd concentration and protein content in stems and leaves of water spinach,and we also analyzed the correlation between protein content and Cd concentration in stems and leaves.The results showed that the Cd concentration and protein content of tested cultivars had very significant difference.As the Cd concentration increased in soil,the protein content in water spinach increased firstly and then stayed at a steady level,but the protein content of the white stem and green stem cultivars had no significant difference.The white stem cultivars' Cd concentration were very significantly negatively correlated with the protein content,but for green stem cultivars,there was a certain positive correlation.
