摘　　要：美国社区学院是实施高等职业教育的重要机构。通过对美国社区学院聘任兼职教师的动因、兼职教师主要来源、聘用标准、教学质量评价、专业化发展以及兼职教师的激励机制等方面进行分析,旨在为我国高职院校兼职教师的聘用管理提供借鉴。The US community college is a principal organization to implement higher vocational education. This article analyzes the employment reasons, teacher sources, standards and the evaluation of teaching quality, the professional development and incentive mechanism of the part-time faculty. It aims at providing reference to the employment and management of part-time teachers in Chinese higher vocational colleges.
