摘　　要：高职院校的科研工作应定位于教育教学实践,着手于课题、论文、课程及专业建设,通过发现问题产生科研动力,通过解决问题提升科研能力,获取科研成果,从而实现锤炼科研团队、服务社会发展的目标。The scientific research work in higher vocational colleges should be located in the education and teaching practice, that is, research project, paper, curriculum and specialty construction. Research motivation can be produced by finding problems and research ability can be promoted by solving problems and gain scientific research fruit. Thus, the aims of formation of research teams and serving the community can be achieved.
