摘 要:对于CRH5型动车组所采用的XP55型车轮踏面外形,在经过120万km以上的运营后检修时,如按原型踏面外形镟修,不仅镟修量较大,且减少车轮使用寿命。本文通过对上千个在不同线路运行120万km后的车轮进行外形测量,对其轮缘斜面磨耗、轮缘厚度、轮缘高度、等效锥度等数据进行统计分析,设计了XP55-28经济型镟修踏面;利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立CRH5型动车组模型,分别从轮轨接触几何关系、车辆系统蛇行运动稳定性、车辆直线轨道运行平稳性、车辆曲线通过安全性等方面对采用XP55-28经济型镟修踏面的车辆与采用XP55型踏面的车辆进行对比。结果表明:二者轮轨接触几何关系相同,各项动力学性能指标均满足运营要求。Referring to Wheel Profile XP55 used with EMU CRH5 in maintenance after service above 1.2 mil- lion km, reprofiling the wheel according to the original wheel tread contour will increase the workload and re- duce the service life of the wheel. Economical Wheel Profile XP55-28 was designed on the basis of measuring the tread profiles of more than one thousand wheels operated for the kilometrage of 1,200,000 kilometers on different lines and statistically analyzing the values of wheel flange such as the slope, thickness, height equiva- lent conicity and so on. By means of the dynamic software SIMPACK, the mode of EMU CRH5 was estab- lished to compare the vehicles adopting Wheel Profile XP55 and vehicles adopting Economical Wheel Profile XP55-28 in respect of the geometric relation of wheel-rail contact, snake movement stability of the vehicle sys- tem, and dynamic performance of the vehicles running on straight lines and negotiating curves etc. The result shows that for the two types of wheel profiles their geometric relations of wheel-rail contact are the same and their dynamic performance indexes all satisfy operational requirements.
