摘　　要：根据我校无机化学实验室的实际情况,探讨了本实验室技术人员的管理水平提升途径、管好众多小型仪器及种类繁多的化学药品的具体办法、做好实验课准备工作和实验室的日常维护工作,为本科实验教学高质量的完成提供有力保障。The promotion ways of managerial level of the laboratory technicians and the concrete measures for management of numerous small instruments and various chemical medicines were explored on the basis of the actual situation of inorganic chemistry laboratory in our university. The preparation work for the experimental class and the daily maintenance work which providing a powerful guarantee for the completion of the high quality of the undergraduate experimental teaching were also discussed.
