从上海大众招聘看企业对高职学生综合能力与素质的要求

摘　　要：高等职业教育必须以企业与社会的要求与需求为导向,能够以此为依据对学生的培养目标做出调整,探索与改革高等职业教育的教育模式与教学方法,从而为企业与社会输送合格的,受企业与社会欢迎的高素质的技能型人才。要达到这样的目标,在高等职业教育过程中必须坚持专业理论教育、职业技能训练以及相关素养的培养三方面相结合。以2011年底上海大众在宁波地区招聘高职毕业生事件为例来分析企业对高职学生综合能力与素质的要求,并提出了相关的思考。In order to delivery welcomed high-skilled talents for society and enterprise, higher vocational education must take enterprise and society requirement and demand as a guide, and to adjust the education objectives based on this, reform and explore higher vocational education mode and teaching method, adhere to balance among professional theory, practice skill and quality. This paper takes Shanghai Volkswagen 2011 campus recruitment in Ningbo District as an example to analyze comprehensive ability and quality requirements on higher vocational college graduates. Some relevant thinking are put forward.
