摘  要:通过对问卷结果的分析发现高等职业院校教师存在着中等水平的职业倦怠。倦怠主要是由职业压力大、工作满意度不高、发展机会少、社会角色冲突以及自我期望过高等因素造成的。困惑和压力已经影响了教师的身心健康和工作质量,但要走出困惑、减缓压力却不是教师个人能解决的,需要社会、学校和教师共同努力。Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, it is found that there exists an average level of job burnout of teachers in higher vocational colleges. High professional pressure, low job satisfaction, less development opportunities and higher self-expectation are all the mainly factors of job burnout. Puzzle and pressure have already led to teachers'mental health and work quality. However, teachers can not rely on themselves to get rid of puzzle and reduce pressure. To solve the problem needs the joint efforts of society,school and teachers.
