摘 要:目的探讨HuR在卵巢上皮性癌表达与临床意义。方法采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接(SP)法对68例原发卵巢上皮性癌组织,10例交界性卵巢肿瘤,5例正常卵巢组织中的HuR表达进行检测,判断HuR在卵巢上皮性癌表达的意义。结果 (1)HuR在卵巢上皮性癌胞核中表达明显高于交界性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。(2)胞质HuR在恶性卵巢肿瘤组织与交界性卵巢肿瘤的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。(3)胞质HuR的表达与卵巢上皮性癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移和年龄无关(P>0.05),与组织学分级和临床期别有关(P<0.05)。组织分化高的卵巢上皮性癌胞质HuR的表达较中-低分化组的表达弱(P<0.05)。胞质HuR的表达在中分化与低分化之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床分期中Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胞质HuR的表达显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论 HuR在卵巢上皮性癌的表达明显增高,提示HuR可能与卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of embryo-lethal abnormal vision-like protein (HuR) in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods The immunohistochemical technique (SP) was used to detect the expressions of HuR and COX-2 in 68 cases of primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma, 10 cases of boundary ovarian neoplasms and 5 cases of normal ovary tissues so as to evaluate the expression and clinical significance of HuR in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Results The expression of HuR in the cell nuclear of epithelial ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than that in boundary ovarian neoplasms and normal ovary tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of HuR in cytoplasm of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and boundary ovarian neoplasms was significantly high than that in normal ovary tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of HuR in cytoplasm was not correlated with histological type, lymph node metastasis and patient' s age of epithelial ovarian carcinoma ( P 〉 0. 05 ), however, which was related with histological classification and clinical staging of the carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of HuR in cytoplasm of high histodifferentiation epithelial ovarian carcinoma was significantly lower than that in medium and low histodifferentiation ones ( P 〈 0.05 ), however, there was no significant difference in the expression of HuR in cytoplasm between medium histodifferentiation and low histodifferentiation ( P 〉 0.05). The expression of HuR in cytoplasm at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage was significantly higher than that atⅠ~Ⅱ stage ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expression of HuR is obviously increased in epithelial ovarian carcinoma, which suggests that the expression of HuR may be closely correlated with the pathogenesis and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
