大学技术创业意向影响因素模型及实证研究

摘　　要：创业意向作为大学创业个体技术选择行为的前变量,受诸多因素的影响。在对以往研究文献进行分析的基础上,结合大学技术创业的特征,形成以个人态度、人际网络为自变量,创业自我效能为中介变量,大学类型和研究类型为调节变量的大学技术创业意向影响因素模型,并通过实证对模型进行了检验。研究结果表明:个人态度、创业自我效能及人际网络与创业意向形成显著正相关,且自我效能中介于个人态度和创业意向及人际网络和创业意向间的关系,而大学类型及研究类型调节创业自我效能、人际网络与创业意向的关系,大学类型还调节个人态度与创业意向的关系。As one predictor of university technology entrepreneurial behavior choice, entrepreneurial intent is affected by lots of factors. Based on literature review and analysis of university technology entrepreneurship, this paper constructs the model of university technology entrepreneurial intent （UTEI）, which includes the independent variables of personal attitude and personal social network, the mediating variable of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and the moderating variables of university classification and research type. The empirical study shows that personal attitude and personal network are significantly related to UTEI, and are mediated by self-efficacy; university classification and research type moderating the relation between self-efficacy and UTEI as well as the relation between personal network and UTEI. Besides, research type moderates the relation between personal attitude and UTEI.
