摘 要:对1株毛栓菌所产纤维素酶的酶学性质进行研究,主要考察了酶的最适温度、最适pH、热稳定性、pH稳定性、激活剂及抑制剂的类型.结果表明:该毛栓菌所产CMC-Na酶的最适温度为50℃,最适pH值为4.8,酶的热稳定性范围为30~50℃,60℃之后酶的活性急剧下降;pH值稳定性范围为5.0~7.0,pH值8以后酶活性急剧下降.金属离子Mn2+对CMC-Na酶有较大的激活作用,Cu2+和Mg2+对酶起抑制作用,Ca2+和Fe3+对该酶的活力几乎没有影响.Enzymological properties of cellulase produced by a Trametes trogii strain were investigated by analyzing the optimal reaction temperature, optimal pH value, thermo-stability, pH stability, the type of activator and inhibitor of enzyme. The results showed that the optimal temperature of the en- zyme was 50 ℃,the optimal pH value was 4.8. The thermal stability of the enzyme was in the range of 30 - 50 ℃,and when the temperature was over 60 ℃ , the enzyme activity would have a sharp decline. The pH stability was in the range of pH 5.0 - 7.0, and when pH value was over 8 the enzyme activity would have a sharp decline. Mn2+ played an important role in improving the enzyme activity while Cu2+ and Mg2+ had inhibitory effect,and Ca2+ and Fe3+ had hardly any effect on the enzyme activity.
