摘　　要：教学质量是中高职自考衔接项目赖以生存和发展的基础,试点高校责任教师是保障教学质量的关键之一。完善对责任教师的教学质量评价与考核既是保证中高职自考衔接项目教学质量的关键,又是试点高校教师管理的重要环节。文章阐述了中高职自考衔接教育责任教师评价的目的、方式,构建了中高职自考衔接教育责任教师的评价体系。Teaching quality is the foundation for the linkage project for self-taught exam in secondary and higher vocational education. The responsible teachers in the pilot colleges are one of the keys to ensure the teaching quality. Therefore, to perfect the evaluation and assess- ment of responsible teachers is not only the core to guarantee the teaching quality of this project and will certainly become an important part for the teacher management in pilot colleges. This paper demonstrates the aim and evaluation methods to the responsible teachers in this project, and forms a scientifically evaluation system.
