摘　　要：厨房小家电产品往往是对食品进行加工的产品,包括搅切、加热等工序,这决定了该类产品结构较复杂,产品中食品接触的零部件较多,所用材质种类也较多,存在的安全隐患也更多。本文从厨房小家电中与食品接触材料的使用现状入手,深入的研究了国内外厨房小家电食品卫生法规及标准要求,对厨房小家电产品中与食品直接接触材料的食品卫生现状进行了分析和探讨。Small kitchen appliances are products often carried out on food processing, including stirring, cutting, heating, which determines the structure of small kitchen appliances is more complex. The parts which will contact with food are more, the material types are more, and security problems are more. From the food contact materials of small kitchen appliances using situation, this article in-depth research the domestic and foreign food hygiene regulations and standards of small kitchen appliances, analysis and discuss the food hygiene status of the food contact materials in small kitchen appliances field.
