摘  要:在分析产学研协同创新计划对研究生教育提出的新挑战前提下,基于协同学和协同管理的理论知识,建立产学研协同创新下研究生培养机制的理论模型,提出研究生培养机制改革的新思路:要从宏观上探讨学术学位与专业学位研究生培养两者的协同发展问题,建立协调发展、各具特色的学位体系;从微观上分别探讨学术学位研究生培养和专业学位研究生培养的自身协同发展问题,形成协同创新下各自的培养模式;最后指出应开展研究生指导教师队伍的专题研究,进一步强化协同发展的主体作用。Analyzing the new challenges that the plan of industry-university-research coordinated inno vation brings to postgraduate education and employing the theories of synergistics and coordinated management, the present article presents new ways to reform the postgraduate cultivation mechanism by devising a theoretical model of postgraduate cultivation mechanism based on industry-university-re search coordinated innovation. It points out that a macroscopic study should be conducted on the coor dination of the cultivation of academic degree graduates and professional degree graduates to establish a degree system with coordinated development and distinctive features and that a microscopic explora tion should be made into the internal collaborative development of academic degree graduate cultivation and professional degree graduate cultivation to formulate their respective cultivation modes with coor dinated innovation. Finally, it points out that research should be made into postgraduate supervisors to further strengthen their function as the subject in coordination development.
