摘　　要：本文从理论和实践两方面充分认识思想政治素质是最重要的素质 ,针对高校思想道德建设中存在的问题及大学生思想政治素质的现状 ,面对大学生思想政治素质教育的紧迫性和重要性 。In this article, the author recognizeds fully the importance of ideological and political quality theoretically and practically. In view of existing problems appeared during the development of ideology and morality in universities and colleges and existing situation of college students' ideological and political quality, the author points out the urgency and importance on college students' ideological and political education, and puts forward essential contents and scientific methods on how to strengthen college students' ideological and political quality education.
