发挥高校学生资助工作育人功能的思考

摘　　要：中央16号文件指出":要努力解决大学生的实际问题。思想政治教育既要教育人、引导人,又要关心人、帮助人。"高校学生资助工作应该在充分把握当前资助对象思想素质现状的基础上,发挥培育人才的重要功能。高等学校要充分发挥、积极探索资助体系育人功能的实现途径,努力提高资助工作的实效性,这样才能真正把党和政府对大学生的关怀落到实处。Document No.16 issued by Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party pointed out that we should try hard to solve college students＇ practical problems. By conducting ideological and political education, we should not only educate and guide the students, but also care and help them. College student financial assistance work should be based on understanding the assisted college students＇ ideological state so as to play its educational function. University authorities should try hard to explore approaches to make college student financial assistance work play function and improve its efficiency, so as to implement the care of our Party and government for the students.
