摘　　要：中西医结合是医学发展的必由之路,是系统论与还原论统一的最佳形式。本文通过论述系统生物学及其在医学研究中的应用,提出系统生物学将可能解读中医药复杂理论体系的科学内涵,系统生物学使西医从整体的方面去认识人体及疾病成为可能,认为系统生物学是中西医结合的桥梁。The integration of Chinese medicine （CM）and Western medicine （WM）is the only way for the development of medicine, and it is the best form for unifying systems theory and reductionism. In this paper, systems biology and its application in medical research were discussed. The authors put forward that systems biology may possibly interpret the scientific connotation of the complex theoretic systems of CM, which will make WM to well know the human body and disease. We hold that systems biology is a bridge of integrated CM and WM.
