摘 要:在Q 235钢表面电镀镍,以提高低碳钢表面的耐蚀性和可焊接性。对碱洗、酸洗、活化等前处理工艺进行了研究,着重研究了直流电镀和脉冲电镀的工艺参数和镀镍层的性能。结果表明:直流镀镍层和脉冲镀镍层都较为均匀、致密、无明显缺陷,且脉冲镀镍层比直流镀镍层结构更加紧密;加搅拌后所得镀层的实验结果明显优于不加搅拌时所得镀层的;脉冲镀镍层的自腐蚀电位明显高于直流镀镍层的,且加搅拌后,自腐蚀电位进一步提高。The surface of Q 235 steel was electroplated a nickel coating for enhancing its corrosion resistance and weldability. The pretreatment processes, including alkaline cleaning, acid pickling, activation, etc. , were studied. The research was focused on the technological parameters of DC plating and pulse plating as well as the properties of the nickel coating. The results show that both nickel coatings obtained by DC plating and pulse plating are uniform and compact without obvious defects, and the pulse nickel coating is more compact than that obtained by DC plating; the coating obtained with agitation is obviously superior to that obtained without agitation; the self-corrosion potential of the pulse nickel coating is obviously higher than that of the DC nickel coating, and the self-corrosion potential is further increased when agitation is used.
