摘　　要：图书馆焦虑主要是由用户在利用图书馆过程中引发的一种心理冲突。图书馆焦虑形成原因是复杂的,主要从认知心理学的视角,分析了图书馆焦虑形成的具体心理过程,并面向用户长期存在的图书馆焦虑提出相应的心理援助机制,主要包括两类:一类是来自图书馆支持机制,另一类是来自用户自身的认知支持与能力发展机制。library anxiety is a psychological conflict which is triggered by the user in the process of the use of the library. Con- tributing to Library anxiety is complex. The paper analyzes the specific psychological process which library anxiety is formed from the perspective of cognitive psychology and constructs appropriate psychological assistance mecha- nisms for longstanding-oriented library anxiety propose. They are following： the one is library support mechanism from the organization＇ s viewing point, and the other is cognitive support and capacity development .mechanism from the user＇s own viewing point.
