摘  要:人本主义教育强调对学习者主体地位和个性差异的尊重,注重积极情感体验的激发与维护。而当前我国的一些大学英语教师对此则缺乏足够的关注,忽视教学的人文关怀。其结果是课堂教学的"费时低效"、学生对英语学习的"动机缺失"和语用能力的低下。结合相关理论提出了通过人文关怀手段提高大学英语教学效率和培养学生语用能力的方法,包括人本主义语用教学设计、人性化课堂教学、个性化课外辅导与动态评价。Humanism emphasizes on the respect of learner individuality and learner differences, and advocates stimulating and maintaining learners' positive affect toward the learning content and process. However, some college English teachers are lacking in real concern about all this as well as humanity care in teaching, which easily leads to "time waste, low efficiency" of classroom teaching, "motivation deficiency" of students towards English learning and low level of pragmatic competence of many students. To improve college English teaching efficiency and students' pragmatic competence, this paper proposes some methods for implementing humanity care in college English education, which include pragmatic teaching design and its classroom realization from humanistic perspective, individualized instruction outside classrooms and dynamic assessment
