经线-脏腑联系途径与神经肽类物质相关的研究

摘　　要：以心经为例 ,在电针对心率调整的大鼠动物模型上 ,用免疫组化ABC法显示神经肽类物质 ,并观察心经经线、心脏和相应的五官—舌的组织 ,以及胸髓、颈髓、延髓中有关传入和传出核团内神经肽类物质的分布和变化 ,以便为经线脏腑联系途径与神经肽类物质相关的研究提供资料。Taking heart channel for instance, on the model rats of electroacupuncture (EA) regulating heart rate, immunohistochemical ABC method was used to show the distributions and change of neuropeptide like substances in heart channel line, heart and its corresponding organ-tongue, the afferent and efferent nuclei of thoracic spinal cord, cervical spinal cord, medulla oblongata. This provided data for the research of the connection pathway between channels and viscera and its relation with neuropeptide like substances.
