摘  要:《朴通事谚解》"食店吃饭"节篇幅不长,但有很多饮食类词语,可借以窥析元明时代的饮食习俗;从中也可看出近代至现代北方口语的巨大变化;其中的文字异写及一些名物词语尤其是饮食类词语,为汉语史研究乃至辞书编纂提供了宝贵素材。"Dinner at a Restaurant" is a short essay in Interpretation of Popular Folktales, and it contains many words related to food and drink, form which we can understand and analyze people's eating customs in Ming Dynasty. This essay also reveals great changes in modern spoken language in North China. Words that are written in different forms from what we write today and some nouns, especially words describing food and drink provide valuable material for the study of history of the Chinese language and compilation of dictionaries.
