摘　　要：通过分析学生顶岗实习中容易出现的安全问题,结合企业生产安全管理制度和学校有关管理制度,提出了合作教育顶岗实习安全管理的具体措施:加强安全意识教育;加强工作过程中的监督和管理;实习考核与安全状况相挂钩;建立学生安全管理机构;建立实习活动记录制度;加强后期安全保障。根据生产实际,与企业共同制定相关制度并在具体实习中试行,取得了良好的效果。Through analyzing the safety problem easily occurred in students＇ Dinggang Internship,combining safety production management system of enterprise production,this paper puts forward the specific measures of Dinggang Internship for cooperation education,including the enforcement of safety awareness education,the enforcement of monitor and management in working process,the integration of training check and safety condition,the construction of students＇ safety management constitute,the construction of record system for training activity,and the enforcement of late safety guarantee.According to the production practice,it can make related system with enterprises together and try it in specific training for achieving good effect.
