以教学质量为生命线 科研与学科建设相互促进推进学院特色发展

摘　　要：教学质量是学校的生命线,是学校生存和发展的基础。人文社会科学学院在河北农业大学"努力建设特色鲜明的高水平大学"进程中,科学定位学院的发展基础,做到日常教学夯实基础;科研、学科建设齐头并进;教师队伍建设稳步推进;学生培养卓有成效;学院发展环境和谐向上。但在前进中影响学院进一步上台阶的深层次矛盾仍然未能消除,需要以教学质量为生命线,以学科建设为抓手,以特色为支撑推动学院快速发展。Teaching quality is the lifeline of a school as well as the foundation of its survival and development. In the process of ＂Striving to build a distinctive high level university＂ at the Agricultural University of Hebei, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences orients its college development foundation scientifically by strengthening the daily teaching, mutually promoting sci- entific research and discipline construction, steadily building faculty team, very fruitfully training students and making a harmony development environment for its faculty. However, in the further step the deep-seated contradictions of the college still fails to be eliminated, and it needs the teaching quality as the lifeline and the discipline construction as the key to promote the college development with features as support.
