摘　　要：就高校贫困生资助资金的来源及使用现状、贫困生资格认定、现有资助模式的弊端等问题进行了分析,提出了完善贫困生审核体系、科学编制预算、建立监督审计制度、创新资助模式等改进措施,为高校贫困生资助资金的财务管理提供了参考。This paper analyzes the status of the fund sources and use versity students, the qualification cognizance, and the malpractices etc. , and simultaneously some measures are proposed including the scientific budgeting, establishment of a supervision auditing system etc. in order to provide references for the financial management of stricken university students. s for the poverty-stricken uni- of the current funding mode, improvement of audit system, , innovation of funding mode, the special fund for poverty-
