摘 要:目的 :通过研究机械磨除釉质表层对树脂渗透性的影响 ,探讨釉质成形封闭术可提高封闭剂的保存率的作用机制。方法 :通过扫描电镜观察并辅以计算机图像处理技术来对不同牙面处理组的树脂突形态进行定性、定量分析。结果 :机械磨除釉质表层组树脂突长度为 5 1.33± 12 .36 μm ,杯刷刷洗组 39.72± 11.6 9μm ,既未机械磨除表层 ,又未用杯刷刷洗组为 2 5 .5 7± 8.18μm ,统计学检验有显著性差异。结论 :机械性磨除釉质表层可增强树脂在牙面上的粘结性。Objective: To study the effect of mechanically removing the outmost layer of prismless enamel on the resin tags, and detect the mechanism that enameloplasty sealant technique can improve the sealant retentive rate. Methods: The morphology of the resin tags in different groups were analysed with the scanning electric microscope and computer image-processing technique qualitatively and quantitatively. Results: The resin tag length of the group of mechanically removing outmost layer of prismless enamel was 51.33±12.36μm; the group of cleaning with cup-shaped brush was 39.72±11.69μm; the group of not treating with both methods was 25.57±8.18μm. There was significant difference among them. Conclusion: The bond strength between resin and enamel can be enhanced by removing outmost layer of prismless enamel.
