摘 要:水泥回转窑生产过程是一个复杂的物理化学反应,具有大惯性、纯滞后、非线性等特点。利用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的软测量建立模型,结合某大型水泥厂实时采集的生产数据进行验证,并用Mat-lab进行图像分析,结果表明,该模型能够很好的预测水泥回转窑温度。将最小二乘支持向量机模型与VC++相结合建立了煤量的控制系统,结果表明利用最小二乘支持向量机算法建立的模型达到了回转窑节约能源的目的,煤量控制系统的建立能够随时的检测和调节煤量,起到节能减排的效果,改善空气质量,保护区域环境。The production process of cement rotary kiln is a complicated physicochemical process of reaction and has the characteristics of big inertia,pure time - delay and nonlinearity. A soft - sensor modeling is exploited based on least squares support vector machine( LS - SVM) , and a realization scheme is given. The simulation showed that the model is very successful with the date collected and image analysis of Matlab from a large - scale cement plant. The least squares support vector machine model is established combined with VC + + control system of the coal, the results showed that the square support vector machine model for the establishment of a rotary kiln to achieve the pur- pose of energy conservation, the establishment of coal quantity control system can readily detect ang adjust the amount of coal,it also (:an save coal.
