摘 要:采用分子标记、化学方法、酶标仪、统计学等方法,对99份粳稻新品种(系)进行Wx-mq基因(低直链淀粉含量的暗胚乳突变基因)检测,提取、测定各品种(系)直链淀粉含量,并分析不同遗传背景及不同生态类型材料间直链淀粉含量的差异,旨在为低直链淀粉含量的优良食味粳稻新品种选育提供参考依据。试验结果表明:99份材料均含有Wx-mq基因;供试材料的直链淀粉含量主要分布在8%与11%之间;武香粳14与关东194杂交育成的品种(系)直链淀粉含量的变幅相对较小;不同熟期品种(系)的直链淀粉含量的变幅为中粳较晚粳大。The aim was to offer some recommendations for breeding new japonica rice varieties with good eating quality carrying low amylose content.Marker-assisted selection,chemical extraction,microplate reader and statistical methods were used to detect Wx-mq gene in 99 new rice varieties(lines) and analyze the amylose contents of materials with different genetic backgrounds and ecological types.Wx-mq gene was carried in 99 new rice varieties(lines).The amylose contents were between 8% and 11%.The amylose contents of rice varieties(lines) derived from the combination of Wuxiangjing 14/Kanto 194 were relatively high,and the amplitude was relatively small.The amylose content differed among tested varieties(lines) with the order of medium-maturing medium japonica rice greater than medium-maturing late japonica rice,late japonica rice taking the least.The amplitude of variation of amylose content in medium japonica rice was bigger than that in late japonica rice.
