高校学生工作精细化管理模式探析

摘　　要：与传统学生工作管理模式相比,高校学生工作精细化管理模式具有主体性、科学性、绩效性等特点,其内容强调科学性的管理思维、教育性的管理价值、务实高效的管理效能、以学生为中心的教育理念和制度化的管理手段。作为一种新型的管理模式,高校学生工作精细化管理模式的运行必须要以高素质的学生工作队伍、全面可行的学生工作评价体系和完整详尽的规章制度为依托。In comparison to traditional mode of student personnel work,the refined mode of college student personnel work has some characteristics as subjectivity,scientificity and effectiveness,with the content emphasizing scientific management thought,educational value,high effectiveness,and the idea of student-centered and institutional management method.As a new mode of management,the implementation of refined mode should be based on student personnel team with high quality,overall feasible evaluation system of student personnel work,and complete and detailed rules and regulations supporting.
