摘　　要：信息资源是教育信息化的关键,随着近几年高校信息资源建设工作的开展,影响和制约信息资源建设的诸多因素逐渐显现。加强高校信息资源建设,明确建设的组织与管理,正确处理知识产权问题,提高建设队伍人员素质,建立相应的鼓励和评价机制,对于推动信息资源建设的进程具有重要意义。Information resource is the key to education information,along with the construction of university information resources in recent years.Many factors that influence and restrict the construction of information resources are gradually emerging.It is significant to strengthen the construction of university information resources,to specify the organization and management of construction,to correctly handle the issue of intellectual property rights,to improve the construction team of the quality of personnel,and to establish corresponding encouragement and evaluation mechanism.
