摘　　要：人类一切努力的目的在于获得幸福,幸福在哲学范畴与心理学视角中有不同的内涵和分类.职业生涯发展幸福感是幸福感在职业生涯领域中的反映,是以愉快的心情实现自己设定的有价值有意义的职业发展目标.职业生涯发展幸福具有主观性、目标性、过程性和全面性的特点.The purpose of all human efforts is to achieve a sense of well-being. However,happiness in philoso-phy and psychology has different connotations and classifications. Career development of happiness is the reflec-tion of happiness in one＇ s career, which helps people to achieve their own meaningful occupation development goals in a happy mood. Career development of happiness is characterized by being subjective, objective, procedur-al and comprehensive.
