摘  要:工程类优秀本科生的培养始于新生入学后专家对专业研究的解读,树立为专业服务的理想,同时结合导师制的实施,使学生对所学专业从不知到了解,从了解到喜爱,在学习与课题研究中得到快乐,在班级管理中获得团队协作与竞争能力.文章针对工程类本科生教育人才培养模式的改革进行了探讨.With the advent of freshmen, the development of excellent engineering undergraduates is put on the a-genda. This paper mainly discusses the reform of the model to educate and develop engineering undergraduates. Firstly, following the interpretation of the professional expertise by respective professors, the students are supposed to establish an ideal goal to selve for this major; then, along with the implementation of the tutorial system by pro- lessors, the students will gradually gain a total understanding of their major and even begin to enjoy it;finally, when they find enlightenment in the learning and research programs, the students will accomplish team work and strong competitiveness through class management.
