摘　　要：在昆明理工大学柔性培养方案的指导思想下,分析了珠宝专业的特点,提出了珠宝专业"走出去"战略,在校企合作、互利共赢的基础上,将专业老师送到企业学习实战经验,将企业具有管理、销售经验的管理者、精英导购等请到课堂,为该专业培养和社会、企业接轨的人才提供途径。Under the guiding of flexible training program of Kunming University of Science and Technology, The characteristics of the Gemology professional is analysed and the ＂going out＂ strategy of Gemology professional is proposed.Based on school--enterprise cooperation, mutual benefit and win--win, the professional teachers are sent enterprise to learn practical experience and the managers are invited to the classroom be a theacher.these measure will provide an avenue for professional development and social standards talents.
