浅析《水浒传》中社交指示语的英译

摘　　要：社交指示语是指语言结构中能反映语言使用者的社会面貌和社会地位的词语和语法范畴。由于文化传统的差异,英汉两种语言在社交指示语方面存在较大差异,难以准确地进行翻译。沙博理的《水浒传》英译本为社交指示语的翻译提供了较好的范例。Social deixis refers to the words and grammatical structures of the language which can reflect the social identities of the language users and the social relationship between them.The differences between Chinese and Western cultures give rise to the differences in social deixis,which causes troubles for translators.In the English version of Sidney Shapiro＇s Outlaws of the Marsh,translation of social deixis is analyzed in order to find out whether they retain the pragmatic information of the original text.
