工学结合背景下高职旅游英语专业人才培养模式的探讨

摘　　要：针对现阶段高职学生现状及人才培养模式的主要问题,在工学结合大背景下,通过校企合作、"双师型"队伍的建设、课程改革、教学做一体化教学模式改革以及课程考核等五个方面分析,提出对高职旅游英语专业人才培养模式进行改革的建议。The development of the tourism brings along a potential market for the graduates majoring in tourism Eng- lish, but also challenges the traditional training patterns in the higher vocational colleges. Thus, this paper first ana- lyses the qualities of the students and the real conditions of the training pattern, then probes into the training pattern from the five aspects ： cooperation between colleges and enterprises, construction of double-quality teachers, curricu- lum reform, integration of teaching, leaming and working and curriculum appraisement under the background of com- bining work with study.
