摘　　要：在基本完成硬件建设和内涵发展初级阶段的发达地区,职业院校专业负责人的素质越来越成为制约职业院校内涵发展深度推进的重要因素。对专业负责人进行针对性培养培训是发达地区职业院校教师教育的重点与关键。应围绕提高专业负责人知晓产业、设计方向、建设团队等关键能力的核心,大力开展专业负责人针对性培养培训工作。In the developed area where hardware construction and the primary stage of Connotation development have been accomplished,quality of person in charge of specialty has become a more and more important factor which restricts deep connotation development of vocational colleges.Training of person in charge of specialty is the main points and key to the teacher education in developed area.The training of person in charge of specialty should focus on improving their key abilities on knowing the industry,direction designing and team constructing.
